Possible plot ideas for the fourth Cars film:
For the fourth film of Cars, we can expect these storylines to be covered:
- Lightning McQueen could face a new generation of faster and more technologically advanced racers. He would have to find a way to adapt his racing style to compete with them.
- Cruz Ramirez could become a mentor to a new racer, helping them to achieve their dreams. This would allow the film to explore the themes of mentorship and legacy.
- Cars 4 could introduce a new setting, such as a different country or a different time period. This would allow the filmmakers to explore new stories and characters.
- Of course, these are just a few ideas. Pixar Animation Studios will have to come up with their own original story for Cars 4.

Lightning McQueen, the iconic race car, finds himself eclipsed by Jackson Storm, a technologically sophisticated rookie, five years after he won the seventh Piston Cup. Lightning is offered assistance in relearning how to race by Cruz Ramirez, a young technician who aspires to be a racing coach. Lightning, having reluctantly accepted her training, sets out on a quest of self-discovery as well as on the track.
