Conceived by DJ Nash and broadcasted on ABC, ‘A Million Little Things’ is an American family drama TV series that premiered on September 26, 2018. The series is produced by Kapital Ent. and ABC Signature. It stars David Giuntoli, Grace Park, Romany Malco, Christina Moses, Allison Miller, James Roday Rodriguez, Stéphanie Szostak, Tristan Byon, and Lizzy Greene.
Set in Boston, the story follows a close group of friends who were shocked after finding out that their friends from the group unexpectedly died due to self-harm. The friends learn that they eventually go on with their lives as they cope with their friend’s demise. The title of the series implies “Friendship isn’t a big thing – it’s a million little things”.

Currently, the show has not been renewed yet for a fifth installment. Also according to the showrunner DJ Nash, it appears that the fifth season will be the final outing of the show if renewed. However, it’s not known if the show’s season 5 will be commissioned as the ratings are average and it received mixed responses from the audience and critics alike.
But all hope is not lost as it has neither been cancelled nor renewed. Nonetheless, fans need to be patient and wait for further announcements.
Coming back to the release date, if renewed we can expect the new episodes to arrive in late 2022 or early 2023 at the earliest.
