Titled as ‘The Bride’, the film is reportedly being taken up under First Love Films and Pilot Productions with Pie Films and Warner Bros Pictures partaking in the development of the film. First Love Films and Pilot Productions are emerging production companies. Maggie Gyllenhaal will be directing the upcoming film which will commence its filming in early 2024. How Myra becomes tied to the tale of the Bride of Frankenstein which was a creation from Mary Shelly herself, is yet to be announced.
