Marvel is making audiences pay for the encore — and not just with another ticket. The upcoming Avengers: Endgame Encore will include new material in every version, with premium-format screenings adding an extra dose of Avengers: Doomsday.
According to a post from @MCU_Direct, all versions of the theatrical re-release will contain 1 minute and 58 seconds of bonus scenes. IMAX and Infinity Vision presentations will then add three minutes of exclusive Avengers: Doomsday footage, giving those screenings a total of nearly five minutes of material beyond the 2019 cut.

The timing is deliberate. Disney has scheduled Avengers: Endgame Encore to return to U.S. theaters on September 25, less than three months before Avengers: Doomsday arrives on December 18. The studio has already promoted the re-release as a way for moviegoers to revisit the film before the next Avengers-scale event, with IMAX and Infinity Vision audiences receiving an additional sneak peek. Endgame remains one of the biggest theatrical bets in modern movie history.
