Conceived by David Shore with Bryan Cranson, ‘Sneaky Pete’ is an American crime drama series that aired on August 7, 2015, on Amazon Prime Video. The series revolves around Marius Josipovic played by Giovanni Ribisi, who got out of jail and uses the identity of his prison mate, Pete Murphy, to evade his past life. The series also features Marin Ireland, Shane McRae, Libe Barer, Michael Drayer, Peter Gerety, and Margo Martindale.
The series has so far produced three seasons. The most recent season aired on May 10, 2019, and although the program mainly received positive reviews, it was canceled by Amazon Prime and therefore, the third season was the final season of the series. This came as a surprise to many fans who have been eagerly awaiting the fourth season but unfortunately, the series has met its culmination. But if lucky, the program could be picked by other streaming platforms like Netflix.

When Is The Release Date of Sneaky Pete Season 4?
In terms of rating, the previous three seasons scored 97%, 91%, and 100% respectively on Rotten Tomatoes. It also received favorable response from critics.
Despite the outstanding reactions, Amazon Prime decided to cancel the program’s fourth season. Its main purpose was recently stated to be the decrease in its viewership after it was terminated.
So there’s no release date available for season 4 of Sneaky Pete since the producers have not yet started working on the fourth season but if the show does get picked by another streaming platform, it’s expected to arrive sometime in 2023.

Sneaky Pete Season 4: What Is It About?
As the show is cancelled, plot details are not known. But the official premise follows “Marius, a con artist who gets freed from the jail only to discover himself chased by the ferocious gangster he once looted. With nowhere else to go or rely on, Marius takes cover from his past by using the identity of his prison mate, Pete, and then “reunites” with Pete’s estranged family — who have no motive to doubt he is not their long-lost loved one”.
