Another sequel to ‘Skyline’ is reportedly under production and will continue the story of Rose Corley (played by Lindsey Morgan) in her fight against tyranny. Monocular Films and M45 Productions will be collaborating for this film alongside Palisades Park Pictures.
As per our sources, the feature film is set years after the events of ‘Beyond Skyline’ (the second film in the series), and focuses on Rose Corley the daughter of Mark Corley(primary protagonist in ‘Beyond Skyline’). Now the Captain of the Resistance, Rose learns that her estranged father Mark Corley is held captive following the betrayal of Commander Bullock, who was Mark’s trusted right-hand man, out of bitter hatred to all aliens and alien human hybrids. Upon learning the truth, Rose along with a crew attempt to rescue Mark from the hi-tech prison and on the way meets a woman named Clara. Following an odious battle with Commander Bullock’s men, the crew arrive at the prison and successfully free Mark. However, the battle is far from over as the crew gets to know that Bullock is trying to obtain the power of the Radial, (an ancient alien species that is thought to have given life to humans and other aliens) in his ultimate quest to rule the world. As Rose prepares for the epic battle to stop Commander Bullock, she meets with the Radial species who see Rose as the shepherd of the galaxy. What follows is a series of Obstructions involving Rose’s capture alongside Clara by Commander Bullock’s men, their escape, their return to the Resistance to commence their fight and more. Revelations appear along the way indicating the truth regarding Clara’s identity and why she got acquainted with Rose, in Rose’s ultimate quest to stop Commander Bullock and his army.
Liam O’Donnell to Reprise his Role as the Director for ‘Skyline: Radial’
Liam O’Donnell, the founder of Monocular Films and a known artist will be reprising his role as the director for ‘Skyline: Radial’. Additionally, he will be composing the screenplay for the feature film. Currently, the upcoming film is in its development stage with producers Matthew Chausse, John Radelacs, Tamara Birkemoe and Mark Damon joining the crew. ‘Skylines’ is the latest film in the ‘Skyline’ series, having premiered in 2020. Two projects in the franchise are reportedly under development, set to commence their production soon. As for ‘Skyline: Radial’, the film is an anticipated release that will possibly disclose several theories and cliffhangers associated with the previous films in the franchise.
