Though Trey Smith appears to have commenced his music career through his 2020 album ‘Best Wishes’, his musical inclination goes way back to 2012 when he released a song with his siblings Willow Smith and Jaden Smith, titled ‘Find You Somewhere’. Some of the songs from Trey Smith’s recent album ‘Best Wishes’ are ‘Short Story’, ‘Living’ and ‘Fired Up’. His song titled ‘Own World’ was a collaboration with King J, another emerging artist. Additionally, Trey Smith has appeared in the film and television industry in supporting roles. Some of the popular on- screen appearances of Trey Smith are ‘All of Us’ which originally premiered in 2003 and ran for 4 seasons and ‘The Speech’ a short film which premiered in 2008. He also starred in the music video of Will Smith’s song ‘Just the Two of Us’ which depicts the love a father has for his son. The song is from the album ‘Big Willie Style’ which was released in 1997 with the music video having been released around that time.
Will Smith recently gave a touching tribute to his son Trey Smith for his birthday. His tribute allegedly included verses from one of his past songs. Though not much is known regarding the future ventures of Trey Smith for his music career, for now, the artist seems to continue flourishing as a popular DJ.
