With a thrilling plot and an efficient casting, Umbrelic Entertainment presents ‘Stay at Home’, a story surrounding two sisters whose lives take a dramatic turn when they become acquainted with an app. Rumored to be starring Jenna Davis and Jack Griffo among others, ‘Stay at home’ is set in a fictional representation of the real world where a nation is in a lockdown and people are forced to use an app called “Stay at Home” to monitor their actions. What is this suspicious new app? Why are many people dying soon after the usage of the app begins? Who is behind it all? These are the questions that are left for the audience to figure out in this upcoming mystery thriller.
Much akin to the ‘Scream’ series, wherein the villain terrorizes their victims without them knowing, ‘Stay at Home’ also presents its villain in an unusual manner, in the form of an app and it is up to the sisters to solve the unnatural death of their friends. ‘Stay at home’ will focus on one of the ways lockdowns can actually go wrong. K. Asher Levin, a reputed director/ producer, is said to direct this upcoming film with Pamela Fisher, Brian Katz and Thomas Zambeck among others forming the production team.
The Cast
As the film is reportedly commencing its production this month, there are rumors popping up on who will take the center stage. Actors Jenna Davis, Jack Griffo are potentially in talks for the lead roles with Rio Mangini, Lilah Pate, Armen Nahaptian, Analesa Fisher, Ashlyn Jade Lopez, Micah Tarver, Alice Killoran, Patrick Muldoon and Madeline Wade joining the cast. Jenna Davis and Jack Griffo are known for their roles in ‘M3gan’ (2022) and ‘The ‘Thundermans’ (series) respectively.
K. Asher Levin is known for his teenage themed movies such as ‘Chicken Girls: The Movie’. From the plot of the film, it is certain that ‘Stay at Home’ is set in a different genre altogether. Hence, it will definitely present a refreshing look at Levin’s creativity.

Despite the date of the official release of ‘Stay at Home’ not being announced, the filming will presumably take place in Los Angeles. With the plot revolving around a lockdown, viewers can expect a lot of in house action sequences.
Lockdowns are something that the whole world got familiar with when the 2020 Pandemic hit. While people were confined to their homes, there was little to no knowledge on what was brimming in people’s surroundings. ‘Stay at Home’ presents an extremity of this seemingly ordinary happening and for what it is worth, it is expected to be a total smasher.
