British Comedian, John Bishop will be joining the pain who will be playing Dan and finally a new character was revealed known as Vinder who will be played by Jacob Anderson.
In July, It was confirmed that Jodie Whittaker and showrunner Chris Chibnall would be leaving the show after the series and a trilogy of specials. So this will be the last time that Jodie will appear on the show and reprise her role as the Doctor.
Even though the 13 season is the final outing of the series, it’s not the time for the goodbyes yet. The regeneration is set to appear in a special feature-length episode in Autumn 2022 as part of the BBC’s centenary celebrations.
Doctor Who Season 13 Story plot
In season 12 of the series, it came down to a very chaotic conclusion which left the viewers quite confused. It also felt like the story was rushed. In the previous season of Doctor Who, we witnessed that The Doctor was falsely accused of crimes she didn’t even commit and was sent to prison. Her family rushed back home (via TARDIS), which left Graham, Ryan and Yaz believing their friend to have died. The story continued in the New Year’s special but the repercussions will unravel in Doctor Who Season 13.
As of now we don’t know exactly what season 13 will bring us and what to expect but showrunner Chris Chibnall has confirmed the Doctor and Yas have embarked on a journey together for some time following the events of “Revelation of the Daleks.” John Bishop as Dan Lewis will also be joining the pair at some point but we’re not sure which episode he’ll appear.
It’s most likely that it has something to do with the revelations which we witnessed in the previous season’s finale. Revelations that will entirely stir up the history of Both The Doctor and Doctor Who.
