Plot of ‘A Case for the Winemaker’
‘A Case for the Winemaker’ is set in Sweet River, Texas in a small town where news travels fast. The film commences with an introduction to a former English professor Ainsley McGregor who has been running her new business: Bless Your Art, an artisan market where local artists sell their wares and teach classes. Having invested in it with everything she had, the place seems to be running well for Ainsley McGregor with a bright, white
space which is filled to the brim with colorful art, yarn, jewelry, pet treats, antiques and even a few medieval weapons with a space for wine tastings. This smooth life of Ainsley is suddenly interrupted when her Great Dane finds a dead body. Unexpectedly, Ainsley gets pulled into the case when her friend is accused of the murder. Ainsley then decides to find the real killer and interestingly enough, the suspect list grows longer, with many having their own reasons to commit the murder. Despite Ainsley having her work cut out for her, the task is
made more difficult by the fact her brother, the sheriff, is not interested in her help. Now, with a killer on the loose, Ainsley must soon find out the identity of the real killer before she becomes the next target.
