Stephen King’s short story The Monkey has now been adapted for a movie of the same name directed by Osgood Perkins. As it’s all set to scare you when it arrives on the big screen. The story is set around two brothers Hal and Bill who once while cleaning their attic find their dad’s old monkey toy.
However, the boys are unaware that they have found not a toy but an insane trouble for everyone. As deaths occur one after the other after they bring their dad’s old toy out. Years after throwing the monkey, when deaths begin to terrorize the two brothers again. They decide to find the money and destroy it for the good of everyone final time.
What trouble the two of them faces while finding the toy again and at the time of destroying it to save others is narrated in the Osgood Perkins’ movie, The Monkey. Casting for the movie has been completed to a great extent. As we have some of the stars’ name already announced.
Laura Mennell to star with Theo James in Perkins’ movie The Monkey
With really engaging and enticing horror storyline for Osgood Perkins’ movie this time. We have the popular Canadian actress, Laura Mennell confirmed as one of the cast in the movie. As joining alongside her we will also have Theo James.
