What is the Plot for ‘Comfort Food’
Comfort foods are often reminders of nostalgic memories tied to perhaps one’s childhood or their loved ones. This upcoming feature film also focuses on something similar as it will portray a disconnected family who reunites for the first anniversary of their father’s death by suicide. Still grieving for their dear departed, the family attempts to move past their loss while sorting their futures, and their dad’s closet. Going through the remnants of their father brings back a rush of memories, but there is more to life than grief. The rest of the film will focus on how the family becomes motivated to move on with their life as they realize condolences stop but life doesn’t.
