MBC’s latest South Korean drama, Doctor Lawyer has not yet finished its initial run and fans have been already awaiting more of the medical drama. The legal drama follows the story of Han-Yi-Han, a surgeon, who is wrongfully blamed for a patient’s death and is disallowed to continue his career as a surgeon. Later, he returns in pursuit of the truth as a medical crime lawyer. It is yet uncertain as to what happens by the series’ end, it is speculated that the show will be back with another season. The surgery case that affected Han Yi Han immensely, also had an emotional, mental and physical toil on Geum Seok as the victim was her younger brother. So, the duo teams up to find the truth behind the death while also seeking justice for the victims of medical crimes and punishing the wrongdoers.
As of now, season two’s exact plotline has not been revealed. But fans could anticipate that a new season will continue the story of Han-Yi-Han and Seon-Yeong as they fight together against medical crimes.
Doctor Lawyer Season Two’s cast: Who would be in the cast?
The series features So Jis-sub, Shin Sung-rok, and Im Soo-Hyang in the lead roles. In addition to the main cast, there is plenty of supporting cast members such as Lee Geung-young, Lee Joo-bin, Jung Min-ah, and Lee Sang-hoon among others.
Kim Ho-jun has developed the series while Lee Yong-Seok has helmed this project. Jang Hong-Cheol has penned down its screenplay.

Han Yi-Han, played by So Ji-sub, is followed by Doctor Lawyer. Han Yi-Han is a top surgeon who has graduated from one of South Korea’s top medical schools. One procedure altered his life. He believes the surgery was his best job, but the patient passed away, and he is forced to resign from his position as a doctor.
As a result of this significant event in his life, the main character decides to pursue a legal career and specializes in medical lawsuits while learning the truth about the passing of a previous patient. He works to protect victims and seeks to hold those responsible for medical malpractice and neglect accountable. As part of his job, he also collaborates with a public prosecutor who suffered the loss of a loved one and a romantic partner as a result of the surgery Han Yi-Han performed and which led to the loss of his medical license.
