This upcoming feature film is centered on something similar and will follow a group of developers of a Snapchat-like social media platform who races to deal with the company’s exponential growth which unexpectedly gets accompanied with a devastating leak of users’ private content. Titled as, ‘Growth’, this upcoming feature film is a Touchscreen Limited production. Touchscreen Limited is an emerging production company who will be collaborating with Embankment Films, Free Range Films and Paramount Pictures for the development of ‘Growth’.
Embankment Films is known for, ‘Golda’ which premiered in 2023 and is a war thriller, ‘Emily’ a fiction on Emily Brontë, ‘The Miracle Club’ a dramedy and ‘The Dressmaker’ which was directed by Jocelyn Moorhouse, to name a few. Armando Iannucci a popular screenwriter/ director aand the brains behind ‘The Personal History of David Copperfield’, ‘The Death of Stalin’ and ‘Veep’ will potentially direct this upcoming feature film which is currently under development. Additionally, he will be composing the film’s screenplay. ‘Growth’ is rumored to be shot in United Kingdom and United States. Kevin Loader, the co- owner of Free Range Films and an established producer will be heading the production for ‘Growth’.
Riz Ahmed, a popular artist is supposedly joining the cast for ‘Growth’ alongside Bradley Cooper and Viola Davis.
