Upcoming Movies and Series of David Thewlis in 2024 – 2025

David Thewlis’ performance as Remus Lupin in ‘The Harry Potter’ film series was and still is a true delight for all the Harry Potter fans out there. Known for several of his other roles, David Thewlis is a talented artist with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. His works include, ‘The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas’ which was adapted from John Boyne’s novel with the same title, ‘Kingdom of Heaven’ which premiered in 2005 as a war themed adventure film, ‘Seven Years in Tibet’ which was directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud, ‘Dragonheart’ which premiered in 1996 as an adventure fantasy film and more. He is also known as a director and writer. The works in David Thewlis’ filmography include ‘Cheeky’ which premiered in 2003 and more. David Thewlis was a writer for the short film titled, ‘Sunday Roast’, and ‘Hello, Hello, Hello’ which he directed. Some of his rumored upcoming projects are as follows. 

‘Kaos’ is predicted to be a retelling of Greek Mythology. The series will possibly be set in the present-day world. The third film in the ‘Avatar’ franchise is supposedly under post- production and will most likely premiere in 2025. ‘Littlemouth’ will supposedly star Isabelle Fuhrman and Dennis Quaid alongside David Thewlis. It is also possible for the artist to reprise his role as a director and writer for future endeavors. However, there has been no updates on the said matter. If a sequel is made on ‘The Amazing Maurice’ which premiered in 2022, then there is a chance of David Thewlis returning to the cast to portray Boss Man. Since no announcements have been made on ‘The Amazing Maurice 2’ this possibility seems highly unlikely, yet fans of the popular actor’s performances remain hopeful.
