Actor Joaquin Pheonix has been one of the talented Hollywood actors. His most popular role no doubt has been one he played in the Joker movie becoming an appreciated villain loved by fans. Joker was a hit movie back when it released and brought enough fame for Pheonix as well.
Undoubtedly, Joaquin had put a lot of effort in his work to play the villain he is loved for. Although, on the sets of the movie Joker, Joaquin had once lost his calm over a crew member and it created an embarassing moment for the actor when the leaked outtake of the incident came out in public.
It was on the show of Jimmy Kimmel that the clip of the incident showing Joaquin Pheonix losing his calm on a crew member was shown. To which the Joker actor had even reacted to while being a guest on the show of Jimmy Kimmel. But why did Joaquin lose his cool on Joker crew member?

It was an incident on the sets of Joker that Joaquin Pheonix became miffed with a crew member’s whispering. The crew member turned out to be none other but the cinematographer Lawrence Sher. As Sher’s constant whispering irritated Joaquin when he was in his villain’s makeup trying to be in his character.
In the leaked outtake clip, irritated Joaquin said to Sher as “Just shut the f**k up, dude. I’m trying to find something real.” While Sher in response to it said to the Joker actor calling latter “Cher”. Joaquin replied “It’s not even an insult.”
The Joker actor added “Cher, really? She’s a singer, actor, dancer, fashion icon. How is that a f**king insult?”. The clip at the end showed Joaquin leaving with his final words as “I can’t do this man.” When the clip was actually shown to the Joker star by Kimmel. Joaquin felt embarassed and even apologized to the audience for seeing that.
Although, Sher had a different reaction to the same saying Joaquin wanted to intentionally get into a fight only to prank the director Todd Phillips. Calling that a joke, Sher shared about Joaquin as “He’s such a good actor that nobody even got it on set.”
Not to miss, the publicist of Joaquin too confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that it was indeed a joke. Many had though even slammed Kimmel for showing the clip on his show. But ultimately it was an incident just to laugh at for all.
