Sense8 Season 3: What would it be like?
Season two of Sense8 ended on an unpredictable note with Jonas and Whispers engaged in a serious chasing game. The last season’s climax hinted towards the continuation of the storyline via a third installment. But it was cut short by a two-and-a-half-hour episode that finished the missing pieces of the story. The finale episode portrayed the abduction of Whispers and Jonas by the eight while the cluster makes plans to set Wolfgang free from the BPO with which Whispers is associated. Further, the sensates meet the BPO’s chairperson who has big plans to obliterate the sensates globally.
Currently, the plot of season two is not known. Additionally, it is difficult to anticipate in which direction the story would lead after the events of the finale. In such a scenario, all we could do is wait patiently for the series renewal.
Revealing the Cast of Sense8 Season 3
If season three of Sense 8 is happening, we could assume that the main characters would return to their roles. So, our eight, Riley, Wolfgang, Capheus, Sun, Nomi, Kala, Lito, and Will would be again forming the cluster of sensates. Jamie Clayton is expected to reprise his role as Nomi Marks, Max Riemelt would play the role of Wolfgang, Miguel Angel Silvestre would appear as Lito Rodgriguez, Brian J Smith as Will Gorski, Bae Doona as Sun Bak, Tina Desai as Kala, Tuppence Middleton making a comeback as Riley Blue and Aml Ameen/ Toby Onwumere as Capheus. The first two seasons have witnessed a plethora of recurring cast members including Terrace Mann and Naveen Andrews as Whispers and Jonas respectively. If these characters join the cast of season three, it would not be much of a surprise.

Sense8 Season 3 is not Happening

Netflix decided to cancel the show after the second season. Hence, a third season will not happen.
Season two of Sense8 started with a two-hour long Christmas special which aired back in December 2016, while the other ten episodes were launched only in May 2017. Nevertheless, the next month Netflix informed that they had axed the series, which had ceased with a major cliffhanger in anticipation of a season three, then under negotiation. Fans were furious after learning about the sudden cancellation, especially with an unfinished story, the giant streamer then released a two-and-a-the half-hour-long finale on June 8, 2018. The season was received with an overall favorable response and was also nominated an Emmy for Outstanding Cinematography for a Single-Camera Series (1 Hr), and two other nominations by the GLAAD Media Awards for Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding TV Movie or Limited Series.
Hence, we highly doubt that the third season of Sense8 will ever occur in the future.
