JTBC’s romance K-drama series is based on a popular Webtoon of the exact title. The tale revolves around a man who lost faith in commitment and a simple woman who yearns for a long-lasting relationship. The series was launched in 2021. Nevertheless Season 2 Release Date: When is it?
As of August 2022, there has been no official word provided concerning the air date of season 2 of Nevertheless.
The ten-episode series was launched on June 19, 2021, and ended on August 21, 2021. After the completion of the drama series, the show makers have not declared anything about a possible second season.
The show has an enormous fan following across the world but the ratings obtained in Korea remain an issue. Nonetheless, there’s still a high chance for the popular show to get ordered and launch its second season.
Keeping aside the ratings in Korea, the show is very popular and received good ratings and reviews so fans can expect that the creators will think of renewing the 2nd season of Nevertheless, if that happens the new episodes will be out sometime in 2023.

Nevertheless Season 2 Plot: What to Expect?
Nothing is revealed for now when it comes to the plot of season 2 of Nevertheless. But, it’s most likely that the story would resume from where it was left off.
In an interview with Tatler, actor Song Kang was asked about some of the story arcs which involve the other characters and what he’s most hopeful for and looks forward to seeing more of. He responded, “I’m personally looking forward to Bit Na’s story. I know viewers joke about her being ‘the girl Jae Eon’, which might be why I kind of feel a connection to her. I started rooting for her without even realizing it (laughs). Just like Jae Eon’s encounter with Na Bi helped him to face himself and realize what he really wants, I hope Bit Na will also have that wonderful moment of self-realization.”

All of these unanswered questions will be answered in season 2.
How many episodes could there be in season 2?
If the makers decide to follow a similar pattern, season 2 may also comprise 10 episodes. However, there hasn’t been an official confirmation yet.

Hence, it’s understandable why there has been no word from the show makers concerning season two of the series. Moreover, ratings play an important factor in renewing a series but since that is not the case for this series, fans may not get to see a new season.
