Kim’s Convenience is a Canadian TV drama TV series that debuted on October 11, 2016, on CBC Television and ran till April 2021. Based on the story by Ins Choi’s 2011 play of the same name.
The storyline portrays, “the Korean Canadian Kim family that runs a convenience store in the Moss Park neighborhood of Toronto.”
It stars Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, Jean Yoon, Andrea Bang, Simu Liu, Andrew Phung, and Nicole Power as the lead star casts of series.
The series is produced by Ivan Fecan in association with Ivan Fecan, Alexandra Raffe, Ins Choi, Kevin White, Alan Dilworth, and Tania Senewiratne as the executive producers of the show.
Will there be Kim’s Convenience Season 6?
After the release of the third season, the series was highly appreciated and loved by the audience. Thus, keeping the popularity of the series in mind, on March 31, 2020, the makers renewed the series for two more seasons. However, on March 8, 2021, it was revealed that the show would end after the fifth season, due to the departure of the show’s two co-creators. Thus, there will be no more seasons of Kim’s Convenience.
