Erik meets a bizarre flying penguin named Sven. He learns to fly from Sven and realizes his innate talent. However, he is shunned by the colony after learning to fly and then tours the world after leaving the colony. He learns about penguin cultures and encounters several more penguins. Later, he decides to return to the colony and help his family and friends. The Antarctic penguins face a new threat, and Erik’s flying talent may be their last hope. A new environmental hazard to Antarctic penguins is another Happy Feet 3 plot idea. This threat could be climate change, pollution, or a new predator. Penguins must cooperate to rescue their home from this menace.
