Girlfriend, Girlfriend is an English abbreviation of Japanese manga series named カノジョ彼女, which means “She Is My Girlfriend Too”. It is a Japanese romantic comedy and drama TV series that debuted on July 3, 2021. The series turned out to be a huge hit in terms of viewership and ratings. Keeping the popularity in mind, Tezuka Productions renewed the series for the second chapter. Written and illustrated by Hiroyuki, Girlfriend, Girlfriend premiered on JNN (MBS, TBS, BS-TBS), AT-X.
The storyline of the manga follows the journey of the relationship between Naoya Mukai and who had recently gotten into a relationship.
The series is produced by Hiroyuki Aoi, Kentarou Hattori, Masahiro Hibi, Souichirou Naitou, Sumio Udagawa, and Shintarou Yoshitake in association with Tezuka Productions.
