However, due to extreme profanity, the broadcast edition from Channel 3 has many of the scenes cut out or lessened in each episode. Will There Be a Season 2 of ‘Secret Crush On You’?
Currently, there is no news about season 2 of ‘Secret Crush On You’. Ever since the series wrapped, the show makers have not provided any information about a possible season 2. So at this point, it’s hard to speculate things due to the lack of concrete news.
Moreover, if we have to talk about how the drama series did in terms of viewership and ratings and whether or not it is deserving of returning for a season 2 run then it’s likely going downhill as the ratings and viewership were just average and received generally mixed reviews.

Is Secret Crush On You worth watching?
No other BL series has ever had, is having, or will ever have what this one did. Since it is truly about everyday folks who have never been effectively portrayed in previous BL series, this is by far my favourite BL, even though I have seen a tonne of BLs over the past couple of years – highly recommend watching it!
‘Secret Crush On You’ Season 2: What to Expect?
Overall, the drama series was a sweet romantic portrayal of two gay couples who are madly in love with each other with no-nonsense or toxicity but a lot of ‘aww’ moments. The couple Nuea and Toh are a perfect representation of gay couples and course, there’s also a lot of second-hand embarrassment which you must watch for. So coming to the point, season 2 will probably go with the same concept but maybe some changes are required to keep the audience hooked.
In season 2, we can expect a story shift which we think will likely focus on Daisy and Touch’s relationship. It could be a spin-off series. We’re not sure for now but we look forward to hearing good news in the coming days.
