‘Holland, Michigan’ is an upcoming feature film which is rumored to star Nicole Kidman, Matthew Macfadyen, Rachel Sennott, Gael García Bernal and Chris Witaske among others. Centered on themes of secrecy, infidelity and more, the film is a supposed thriller which is currently in its post- production stage. The film is supposedly a direction under Mimi Cave. Andrew Sodroski, an emerging artist is also said to be joining the crew for ‘Holland, Michigan’ as its writer. A previous work of Andrew Sodroski is the series ‘Manhunt’ for which he composed the screenplay of a number of episodes.
Mimi Cave who is an emerging artist is primarily known for her short films and music videos. Some of the works that the director has done in the past include ‘I’m Happy, I Promise’ a comedy which premiered in 2019, ‘Fresh’ a horror themed thriller and ‘Sleigh Bells: And Saints’ which premiered in 2017, to name a few. ‘Holland, Michigan’ appears to be the first project of Mimi Cave in 2024.

Seeing as how the film is in its post- production stage, there is a good chance that a potential release date will be announced soon. Chris Witaske recently starred in ‘The Bear’ a series which follows a chef who returns back to Chicago to take up his family’s restaurant. In the series, Chris Witaske took on the role of ‘Pete’. Though official announcements are yet to be made, Chris Witaske is rumored to don the role of a cop.
