Created by Matt Braly, Amphibia is an American comedy-fantasy animated series, premiered on Disney’s TV channel on June 17, 2019. The plot centres around the adventures of a teen named Anne Boonchuy. The series received an IMDb rating of 8.1 out of 10. So far there are three seasons of Amphibia.

Season 4 of Amphibia has been canceled. The show’s creator, Matt Braly, tweeted the cancellation in May 2022. He remarked, “sad to say Amphibia won’t return for a fourth season. We’re grateful to convey our tale over three seasons, like we originally planned.”
The voice cast and crew of Amphibia also thank fans for their support. “I’m grateful to have been part of Amphibia,” said Brenda Song, who portrays Anne Boonchuy. I’m extremely proud of our show and of this fantastic experience. We appreciate fan support.”

What is the expected release date?
As aforesaid, Amphibia’s makers have officially cancelled the series. So, there won’t be a season 4. However, if by any chance the renewal announcement is made, we can then anticipate the premiere date. As for now, there are no updates.

Amphibia season 4 storyline
The series Amphibia is based on Anne Boonchuy. It is about a thirteen-year-old Thai American girl. She’s smart, adventurous, and independent. When Anne was thirteen, her peers forced her into stealing a mysterious music box. When she stole it, she was transported to Amphibia. There, she meets a group of talking frogs and her adventure begins.
