‘Mom’ a new feature film under Roundtable Entertainment is reportedly under production and will possibly have Mark Pellington as its director. Mark Pellington is a known director/ writer whose works include, ‘The Last Word’ which premiered in 2017, ‘The Mothman Prophecies’ a horror mystery film, ‘I Melt with You’ which he wrote and directed and more. Roundtable Entertainment is a recently established production company whose works include, ‘Sacramet’ which is directed by Gary Fleder, ‘All My Friends are Dead’ which is directed by Marcus Dunstan, and more. Most of their productions are currently under development.
The upcoming feature film will follow a single mother whose daughter has fallen victim to the horrors of human trafficking. Determined to rescue her, she embarks on a daring cross-country mission, piecing together clues along the way. The film is predicted to be a thriller with intense action packed sequences. Roundtable Entertainment will be joined by Convergent Media and Pellington Films, other surfacing companies.
Meet the Crew for ‘Mom’
John Baldecchi, Sarah Donnelly, Dominic Ianno, Jason Resnick, Gabe Torres, Dan Reardon and Santosh Govindaraju will most likely be joining the crew for the upcoming feature film as its producers. John Baldecchi is the Head of Film and Scripted Content at Roundtable Entertainment. Some of his works are, ‘Children of the Corn’ which premiered in 2020 as a horror film, ‘Odd Thomas’ which premiered in 2013 and was directed by Stephen Sommers, ‘The Mexican’ which was directed by Gore Verbinski, ‘Conan the Barbarian’ which premiered in 2011 and more. Sarah Donnelly is known both as an actress and producer. Dominic Ianno is quite an experienced producer in the industry. Jason Resnick is an emerging producer. Gabe Torres is primarily known as a director and his works include, ‘Brake’ an action thriller which premiered in 2012, ‘December’ which premiered in 1991 as a war thriller and more. Dan Reardon is another emerging producer. Santosh Govindaraju is a member of the team at Convergent Capital Partners. Some of his works include, ‘Meet Cute’ which starred Kaley Cuoco, Pete Davidson and more, ‘The Hating Game’ a book adaptation, ‘Maggie Moore(s)’ which premiered in 2023 and more.
Brent Jordan will be joining the film’s team as its writer and will be composing its screenplay. Brent Jordan is primarily known as an author. Other additions to the crew include Lisa Zagoria and more. Despite being in its development stage, the upcoming feature film is predicted to commence its filming soon.
