Conceived by David Hemington, “Whiskey Cavalier” is an American action dramedy television series that was launched in February 2019.
The series revolves around the tales of FBI agent Will Chase who after his break up is allotted to work with CIA operative Francesca ‘Frankie’ Trowbridge. The duo leads an inter-agency squad of spies who occasionally save the planet and also each other while steering the rocky paths of companionship, romance, and politics.

Will There Be a Season 2 of Whiskey Cavalier?: Renewed or Canceled?
Unfortunately, it looks like there won’t be a second season of Whiskey Cavalier because the series was officially canceled after one season on May 12, 2019, by the ABC network.
However, there were reports about the series reversing its decision to cancel after the emotional message from the show’s executive producer Bill Lawrence which eventually ushered ABC to carefully assess changing its determination to cancel the drama series, as reported by one of the network’s executives.
Just days after the cancellation announcement of the series, the network agreed to take “another quick look at the feasibility of renewing the show.” After about a week of talks with Whiskey‘s studio, Warner Bros., ABC brazenness eventually chose not to call off the initial cancellation.“Whiskey Cavalier has been fully and finally canceled,” series creator Hemingson declared on Twitter in May 2019.
The revocation caused an intense reaction from fans who launched a petition to bring back the show on social media. But that did not seem to have worked out and as of now, the series stands canceled.
“It was a tough decision, it was the last decision we made,” Karey Burkey, president of ABC Entertainment, noted of Whiskey Cavalier‘s cancellation. “We thought we had a very strong launch in spring. But we lost the audience. We felt the biggest opportunity was to try something new. We looked for other time slots but did not see a real opportunity to grow.”
