And, as if changes to her interests, relationships, and body weren’t enough, whenever she gets too excited or stressed, she becomes a giant red panda.”
In July 2021, Pixar also released the trailer for the upcoming movie in which the writer/director Domee Shi interpreted the character remarkably. Seeing her work, many praised her for her outstanding job on the film.
The director also teased how we all turn red when one gets mad. She also wanted to portray the girl’s character especially in how she tries to tackle her anxiety issues. The director shows us that growing up as a teenager is by no means easy when you have frequent anger explosions.
