Recently, the trailer of ‘Sonic Frontiers’ came out and fans and followers are more excited than ever. Before we get on that, let us have a brief about the same.
Sonic Frontiers is a video game under the genre of ‘platform games’ published by the Sega team. It is directed by Morio Kishomoto and written by Ian Flynn. It is a single player adventure game developed by the Sonic team. The game is set in the Starfall islands and the player gets to explore it through the character beautifully. Several kinds of flora and fauna along with an adventurous set up can be seen. It is also being said that the gameplay is a bit similar to that of ‘The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild”.

Coming to the release of the game, here’s what we know. The trailer of the game was launched in a gaming award show of 2021. It is basically a tease of everything that a player will get to witness and rejoice throughout the gameplay. It is also displayed how the main character wanders through a forest and gets into a sudden encounter with 3 robotic aircraft that happen to explode as soon as they finally catch up with each other. This is then followed by showcasing a world full of snakes, waterfalls, lush green hills and more. Just before the title flashes on the screen, a pink robotic appearance of an aircraft is shown again.
About the release of the game itself, several news reports state that followers might come across it in late 2022 or early 2023. Most probably, it is going to take place in 2022 itself.

The video showcases the first-ever project to delve into the open-world genre by the franchise as Sonic examines the islands of Starfall, a large landscape crammed with various biomes.
In the teaser trailer video, Sonic struggles to flee from three unusual airliners in a wilderness. They outbursts before catching up to him. After chasing him, the video takes us to have a glimpse of multiple scenes of various environments in the Starfall Islands.
