This upcoming feature film has a protagonist described as a “Hapless Romantic” who approaches the literary legend Shakespeare to succeed in joining the school play in order to charm and win over his supposed “Juliet”. Titled ‘All That Glitters’, this upcoming comedy is rumored to star Paul Ready, Elliot Grihault and
Mark Lavery among others.
Paul Ready recently starred in ‘Heart of Stone’, an action thriller, in the role of Bailey. A known actor, Paul Ready is popular for his roles in works ‘Motherland’ a comedy series which ran for 3 seasons, ‘The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself’ which premiered in 2022 and ‘MotherFatherSon’ a thriller themed miniseries, to name a few. While the role played by Paul Ready in ‘All That Glitters’ is not known, there is a good chance that his character will be pivotal to the plot of the film. The same can be said on the roles that could potentially be played by Elliot Grihault and Mark Lavery. Works that Elliot Grihault and Mark Lavery have starred in the past include ‘House of the Dragon’ and ‘Foundation’ respectively.
Peter Lavery to take up the Direction of ‘All That Glitters’
Peter Lavery is said to be joining the crew for the upcoming feature film as its director. Additionally, it is suggested that Peter Lavery will also be serving as the writer for the film. ‘All That Glitters’ will most likely feature the artist’s film debut. ‘All That Glitters’ is rumored to have Joe Andrews as its producer with the company Clover Fox Films supposedly overseeing its development. Other said crew additions to the upcoming feature film are Nicole Atalla, John O’Connor, Rob Kelly and Isobel Power Smith. While not much is known regarding the progress of ‘All That Glitters’ there is a good chance that the film will be undertaking its development soon.
