Inspired from true events that took place during the World War, this upcoming feature film has an enthralling plot line. Titled, ‘Vindicta’, which is Latin for revenge, the film will narrate from the point of view of Hannah, a 19 – year old girl who witnesses her parents being murdered right in front of her by Nazi officials. As she seeks refuge with family friends her rage towards those responsible for destroying her life, intensifies and consequentially, she becomes determined to avenge her family. Though an unexpected connection with a handsome young Nazi Officer generates a moment of relief, she does not falter from her path of exacting vengeance at any cost, no matter who or when. This awakening film set in Croatia, is set to commence its filming in October, this month.
Veit Heiduschka, Zeljko Zima, Stephen Ollendorff, Alan Green (‘The Converstaion’) and Wendy Benge will be joining the crew of this upcoming feature film as its producers. The film is reportedly taken up under, Croatia Film and OneTwoThree Media. Veit Heiduschka is an Austrian producer who is also the recipient of accolades. His films include, ‘Oscar and Lilli’, ‘Time of the Wolf’ and ‘Wild Mouse’. Zeljko Zima is known for, ‘The Conversation’ and ‘Lapitch the Little Shoemaker’. Stephen Ollendorff’s films include, ‘The Match’. Wendy Benge has done a number of films including, ‘9 Bullets’, ‘The Capture’, ‘Life After Beth’ and more.
