Lazrael Lison’s upcoming project is a holiday themed feature film titled as, ‘A Fashionable Christmas’. Being taken up under T. Y. Entertainment, an emerging production company, the film will have Ty Johnston-Chavis heading its production. Lazrael Lison is an Award-winning director who is primarily known for his works, ‘Never and Again’ which premiered in 2021 and is a romantic drama, ‘A Miracle Before Christmas’ which starred LeToya Luckett and Porscha Coleman, ‘Private Number’ which premiered in 2014 and ‘Rift’ a horror drama. Ty Johnston-Chavis is a known producer whose works include, ‘Austin to Boston’ which is a music themed documentary, ‘LOVE by CHANCE’ which premiered in 2017, ‘What Love Will Make You Do’ which was directed by Lisa Haynes, and more.
Julene Fleurmond and Lynette J. Blackwell will be composing the screenplay for the upcoming feature film. Julene Fleurmond is an emerging actress/ producer whose works include, ‘Dishonorable’ a thriller drama and more. Lynette J. Blackwell is known both as a writer and a producer. One of the works of Lynette J. Blackwell include, ‘Until They Left’ a short film.
Plot of ‘A Fashionable Christmas’
‘A Fashionable Christmas’ is set weeks before Christmas, when Tiffany Ford a boutique owner loses her biggest client and finds an eviction notice taped to her door. Left in a desperate situation, she coincidentally lands Tedee Maxwell, a popular singer as her newest client. As Tiffany takes on the challenge of styling Tedee for his Christmas media tour, she begins to struggle to not falling in love with him. Unbeknownst to her, Tedee has his own set of issues. His newest Christmas album isn’t doing well and he is met with criticism on his lifestyle choices. Added to that is the truth regarding how Tiffany is hired under the guise of being his stylist, but is being used as a decoy to appear by his side at events. Not knowing the reality, Tiffany finds herself falling for Tedee. But soon it is revealed that Tedee is secretly seeing his ex-girlfriend Nicole. Feeling betrayed and used, Tiffany breaks it off with Tedee upon knowing his secrets and tries to focus on her business. Yet, she can’t get him off her mind. So when Tedee tries to come back into her life, things get even more complicated.
Currently, the upcoming project is under active development and is predicted to commence its filming by December, this year. Atlanta, Georgia will be serving as the prime filming location for ‘A Fashionable Christmas’
