‘Into the Dark’ is an American horror anthology TV series that is being developed for Hulu. On May 2, 2018, it was declared that the horror series had been officially titled ‘Into the Dark’ and would publish on October 5, 2018. It was confirmed that Davis and Fisher will serve as the series producers while Alexa Faigen as executive producer.
Following the success of the first season, Into the Dark was greenlit for a second series in August 2019. Hulu commissioned nine more episodes in addition to the already commissioned fifteen episodes, bringing to a total of twenty-four episodes. The streamer announced Alexander Koehne and Lauren Downey as co-showrunners and executive producers. The second season which was split into two parts was released on October 4, 2019, consisting of ten episodes, and the other part comprising two episodes was launched on February 12, 2021.
