She has most recently accidentally overwatered and killed an aloe-plant that she was in love with, and views herself as a rotting banana. Hence believing that a conversion therapy retreat could help, she joins it on the advice of her mother. But, upon reaching the place, she finds the group odd and consequentially, plans to get a refund. Yet, an inspiring speech by director Kai gets her to stay and give the session a shot. She eventually takes part in the group exercises meant to map their brains nd have surgery to cure them all the while bonding with a loner by the name of Eugene.
