The series is penned by J and Kim Yul in the direction of Han Chul-soo along with Kim Yong-min. It features Lee Joon-gi, Lee Geung-young, Kim Ji-eun, and Jung Sang-hoon. The 16-episode series was launched on April 8, on SBS.

“When Kim Hee-Woo (Lee Joon-Gi) was a high school student, his academic grades ranked at the bottom of his school. Through hard work, Kim Hee-Woo entered a university and eventually passed the bar exam. He now works as an enthusiastic prosecutor. While he is investigates possible corruption related to a politician named Jo Tae-Seob (Lee Kyoung-Young), he gets killed by an unidentified men. But, Kim Hee-Woo wakes up and finds himself alive again.”
Will There Be a Season 2 of ‘Again My Life’?
Currently, SBS has not greenlit the series yet. However, fans can rest assured as Han Chul-soo the man behind this K-drama series in an interview affirmed that a second season will happen when asked about whether the series will have a follow-up. “I think season 2 will only happen if various situations and conditions are met.”
He further added, “As there is an original web novel, I think it is right to proceed based on it.”

Season 1 Recap: In the first season of Again My Life, young prosecutor Kim Hee-woo is slain trying to overthrow strong politician Jo Tae-sub. Hee-woo gets a second chance and returns to the past with the knowledge of his future and a desire to avenge his death and punish Tae-sub.

He also further stated that he plans to find a way for the central characters to revive from the dead. ” I am thinking about giving Kim Hee-woo (Lee Joon Gi) another ability, but it’s not written in the original novel.” The series director explains, “I think writer Lee Hae-nal will solve it if it goes on.”

As of April 2023, there’s been not a single word from the makers or from the cast members concerning a second season of Again My Life. Moreover, it’s been a year since the first season was out and at this point, we’re anxious if season two will even happen or not as it has not been renewed yet.
