Rumored to star Stephanie Koenig and Enrico Colantoni in lead roles, this upcoming series is titled as, ‘English Teacher’ and will follow Gay A.P. English teacher Evan Gomez alongside other teachers at Morrison-Hensley High in Austin, Texas who do their best to meet the needs of students and their parents in a constantly evolving world. Stephanie Koenig was previously seen in ‘Sick Girl’ in her role as Cece. The series also starred, Nina Dobrev, Hayley Magnus and Brandon Mychal Smith. Some of the other works of Stephanie Koenig include, ‘Lessons in Chemistry’ a book adaptation, ‘The Gay and Wondrous Life of Caleb Gallo’ a comedy, ‘Everything is Free’ which premiered in 2017 and more. Enrico Colantoni is a known actor/ director whose works include, ‘Just Shoot Me!’ in which he played the role of Elliot DiMauro, ‘Kill Chain’ which premiered in 2017 as a thriller, ‘Play It Again, Dick’ a comedy, ‘Flashpoint’ which ran for 5 seasons and more.

Jonathan Krisel will possibly join the crew for ‘English Teacher’ as its director while Brian Jordan Alvarez will be composing the series’ screenplay. Jonathan Krisel is a popular director/ producer whose works include, ‘Kroll Show’ which ran for 3 seasons, ‘Moonbase 8’ which premiered in 2020 and ‘Baskets’ which streamed on FX. Brian Jordan Alvarez is another known artist whose works include, ‘Will and Grace’ a sitcom and ‘M3GAN’ which was directed by Gerard Johnstone. Brian Jordan Alvarez has previously worked alongside Stephanie Koenig for the works, ‘The Gay and Wondrous Life of Caleb Gallo’ in which he played the role of Caleb and ‘Everything is Free’ which starred Stephanie Koenig in the role of Stephanie.
Paul Simms, Dave King and Todd Aronauer will be heading the production for ‘English Teacher’ which will most likely stream on FX. Paul Simms is a recognized writer and is known for, ‘NewsRadio’ which ran for 5 seasons, among others. Dave King is a known actor/ writer/ producer. Todd Aronauer is a member of FX Productions who will be taking up the upcoming project alongside Paul Simms Company. He is another known producer.
