Kick-Ass 3: When Matthew Vaughn Plans to Drop it?
Kick-Ass is inspired by Mark Miller’s book of the same name. Directed by Matthew Vaughn, the 2010 black comedy superhero film starred Aaron Johnson, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Nicolas Cage in crucial roles. It tells a superhero tale with powerful characters, intriguing storylines, and action-packed performances. The film turned out to be a massive success at the box office. In 2013, Jeff Wadlow directed its sequel, however, it failed to collect box office numbers as well as viewers’ ratings. Following this, the original director, Vaughn expressed his intention of rebooting the series. But sadly, since then, there is no word about it. So, what is the fate of Kick-Ass 3? Kick-Ass’s Story So Far:
Kick-Ass follows the story of Dave Lizewki, an ordinary teen who has a predilection for comic books. His inspiration drives him to become a real superhero. Although Dave has no superhero powers, still he enters the crime-fighting with zeal and courage. Following his first experience of being “Kick-Ass”, he meets with an accident, which gives me immense power and strength. A help call from his crush, Katie Deauxma via his MySpace account leads him to vigilantes, Big Daddy, and Hit-Girl indirectly. The father-daughter duo is set on a mission to revenge t the crime boss Frank D’ Amico. Kick-Ass’s involvement with the vigilantes draws Amico’s suspicion towards him. Later, Amico’s son, Chris disguises as Red Mist to confront Kick-Ass, only to discover that Big Daddy is behind all the attacks made to Frank. Finally, Red Mist traces the vigilantes and tries to assassinate them. Hit-Girl survives despite the shooting, yet his father is set in a blaze by a gangster. The closing scene follows Frank’s killing at the hands of KIckAss. In the climax, Dave and Mindy return to their normal life while Red Mist is still alive.
Kick-Ass 3: Cast Details
Kick Ass’s first and second installments featured the same cast. If the new film comes out, there is a fair assumption that most characters will return for the upcoming part except Chloe Grace Moretz. The Hit-girl was not pleased with the handling of the sequel which added a romantic angle to a sibling relationship between her and Dave. So, part two ends her journey as Mindy Macreat.

Kick-Ass 3: When will it be released?
Back in 2013, Mark Miller confirmed that the third part will mark an end to the violent Kick-Ass superhero world. Despite the trials and tribulations, we are hoping that the film is dropped by the end of 2023 or maybe sometime later. However, there has been no official announcement regarding a third movie of Kickass. But comsidering that the book version has part three, the movie would also have a third part. In absence of any solid information, we have no choice but to wait for the big news regarding Kick-ass 3’s official confirmation.

Is the trailer or teaser for Kickass 3 available yet?
As of August 2022, no official announcement for the trailer is available for Kickass 3. However, the trailers for part 1 and 2 are a hit on YouTube and will continue to be available on the internet.
Therefore, all the fans who are still waiting for the teaser, y’all may head over to YouTube and watch it. As for the movie, it may be released in the second half of 2023.

Kickass ratings
Kick-Ass earned itself a certified fresh Rotten Tomato score of 76%, and grossed $96.2 million against its $28 million budget. Its sequel’s rating dropped to 32%, and neither did ‘Kick-Ass 2’ enjoy similar box-office returns.
