  • The season had two teams: red (chefs in their 20s and 30s) and blue (40s and 50s).

  • One chef per team was removed weekly.
  • Alex beat Dafne in the final to earn the top prize.

What to expect from the plot of Hell’s Kitchen season twenty-two?

Hell’s Kitchen is a reality television show. It employs a progressive elimination format. Thus, narrowing down a field of 20 to 12 aspiring chefs to one single winner throughout one season.

There is no performed live nor is there audience participation in the elimination of chefs, who are also not celebrities as they are in the UK version. The plot for season 22, however, will be the same as the previous seasons.
