‘The Vicar’s Wife’ is an upcoming romantic comedy which is rumored to star Graham McTavish and Christopher Lambert in primary roles. Centered on an Anglican Vicar in a village in England, the film supposedly follows how he gets romantically pursued by a woman who seemingly is in love with him. The conflict in the plot supposedly arises when the vicars’ wives gets killed suddenly. The film which is currently in its pre- production stage is predicted to commence its filming soon. Among the said crew members for the film is David Barrett who will be directing the upcoming feature film. Additionally, writers Caroline Allward and Scott Fivelson will also reportedly be joining the upcoming feature film.
‘The Vicar’s Wife’ to be Filmed in Derry, Northern Ireland
The location for the upcoming feature film appears to be Derry, Northern Ireland which will supposedly serve as the place for the parish of the Vicar. ‘The Vicar’s Wife’ is said to be a production of companies Project 8 Films and State & Cabrillo Productions. David Barrett is a known director/ producer whose works include ‘Blue Blood’ which currently has 13 seasons with the 14th season to premiere this month, ‘Under the Dome’ a sci- fi mystery series, ‘Fire with Fire’ which premiered in 2012 and more. Caroline Allward and Scott Fivelson who will supposedly be joining the crew for the upcoming feature film as its writers are both emerging artists.
Graham McTavish who is a known actor/ producer recently starred in ‘House of the Dragon’ as ‘Ser Harrold Westerling’. There is a good chance that the actor will be returning to portray the character in the upcoming sequel season. Christopher Lambert is another known actor with the works starring him being ‘The Blacklist’ a crime drama, ‘Kickboxer: Retaliation’ which premiered in 2018 and ‘Mata Hari’ in which he played the role of ‘Kramer’, to name a few. In the upcoming feature film, Graham McTavish and Christopher Lambert will be potentially portraying ‘McCracken’ and ‘Bishop Barnabas Galloway’ respectively.
