Can we expect Samurai Jack season 6?
At one point in time, we all grew up watching Samurai Jack. Cartoon Network was literally our childhood. The story follows the fight between a warrior prince and an ancient evil. The prince possesses a powerful sword and the only weapon that can defeat Aku the evil. When the prince was about to kill off Aku, he uses his powers and sends the prince to the future through a Time portal. Aku planned to get rid of the prince in the future; at present, he dominated and emerged as the most powerful evil. Meanwhile, the prince finds himself in an odd-looking place very different from the place he came from. He goes by the name “Jack,” and initially, everyone addresses him by that name in the future.
The show Samurai Jack season 5 was released on March 5, 2017, the finale aired on May 20, 2017. The fourth season aired back in 2004. Much later, there was talk of a Samurai Jack movie, with the name J.J Abrams connected to it, but unfortunately, it didn’t progress, and it has been more than a decade. Fans who have been waiting for a long time can’t help but wonder if it’s really the end of Samurai Jack.

The show’s fifth season was the final season. Genndy Tartakovsky, the creator of Samurai Jack, announced that there wouldn’t be another season for the show Samurai Jack. If we take a look at all the season’s episodes, the finale has a clean ending, and the story seems to have already been completed with Jack still very much alive till the end. But, who knows what will happen in the coming days. Maybe we just have to keep waiting for more for season 6 to happen any time soon. If only our wishful thinking comes true.

The fifth season was set five decades after the incidents of the fourth season.
The writer and creator of Samurai Jack, Genny Tartakovsky, revealed that there are about fifth years of stories about Jack that are still unexplored.
He explained that he would not be developing the sixth season. But, he is very much willing to share those stories to other creators.

For those who want to watch Samurai Jack and replenish their childhood memories, it’s available on Adult Swim. But, until we hear any further announcements from the show’s makers, sit still and wait patiently. However, chances are pretty slim for a potential season 6 since Tartaknovsky himself stated that the series has already ended for good.
