Many know Ashlee Simpson from her career as a singer and songwriter, but the star also shines as an actress. Having commenced her entertainment career in the early 2000s, Ashlee Simpson has since acted across multiple genres including comedy and drama. Some of her popular roles are as Monique in ‘The Hot Chick’ which premiered in 2002 as a comedy, Violet Foster in ‘Melrose Place’ which aired on CW, Cecilia Smith in ‘7th Heaven’ which ran for 11 seasons, Strelka in ‘Space Dogs: Adventure to the Moon’ which she vocally portrayed and more. Her known songs include ‘Pieces of Me’ from the album ‘Autobiography’, ‘L.O.V.E’ which she released in 2005, ‘Outta My Head’ from ‘Bittersweet World’, ‘Shadow’ which she released in 2004 and ‘Bat For a Heart’ which was released in 2012. Ashlee Simpson recently starred in ‘The Recipe Files’ in the role of Kate. The film saw her return back on screen after a break with ‘Space Dogs: Adventure to the Moon’ being the supposed last work she was a part of before the series. Not much is known regarding the upcoming works starring the known artist, yet we do have a few guesses.
‘Pierre the Pigeon-Hawk’ is an upcoming action comedy which is rumored to star Ashlee Simpson. The film is supposedly a family centered entertainer which focuses on a mixed-breed Pigeon-Hawk and his journey towards self discovery.
