Acorn TV’s Queens of Mystery is the brainchild of Julian Unthank. The series captured the attention of viewers globally because of its dry humor and thrill element. After its debut in 2019, the AMC networks greenlit the series for a second installment, which is scheduled to premiere on 29th November 2021. The follow-up could not stick to its filming schedule in the Covid times. However, this is not the mere series that has succumbed to delays because of the slowdown in production worldwide.

However, we are hoping that the third chapter will not take as long in getting to the screens as its predecessors since things are gradually picking up in the entertainment sector.
Season one and two include a total of six episodes, that are available for streaming on Acorn Tv. With no solid details bout the airing of Queens of Mystery 3, it is hard to say if the third part will follow a similar pattern or not.
What to expect from the Plot of Queens of Mystery three?
Queens of Mystery follows the thrilling journey of a young detective serpent in the English town of Wildemark who is joined by her three crime writer aunts, Jane, Beth, and Cat Stone to investigate and solve offbeat crimes and murders. Season one comprised three different stories that had two 45-minutes episodes devoted to each. To the dismay of the fans, Queens of Mystery three ‘s plot premise is still under wraps. With that, anticipating the future set of events is not easy. But one mystery still looms over the series- it is the demise of Matilda’s mother. Hopefully, the series might unveil the truth behind her disappearance in the next episodes. Apart from this, we assume that the third part will have elements of suspense, crime, drama, and comedy, which the franchise is widely known for. It would be entertaining to watch the unique characters return to the screens.
Who is in the lead Cast of Queens of Mystery three?
There is no available cast information of The Queens of Mystery three as of right now. Season one featured Olivia Vinall as Matilda Stone, the detective from Wildesmash, but the sequel replaced Vinall with Florence Hall. Thus we could anticipate the showmakers will go ahead with Hall in the upcoming series. Besides Hall, season two saw the return of several original cast members including Julie Grahman as Cat Stone, Sarah Woodward as Beth Stone, and Siobhan Redmond as Jane Stone.

We would be delighted to see the entire team return for another season, but nothing is yet revealed by the creators or the production house. In that case, we have to wait patiently until more information becomes available.

The trailer of Queen of mystery 3 has not been released yet by Acorn TV. This is because The Queen of mystery’s makers has not announced any official confirmation regarding the renewal of the series. Till then, watch the trailer of the first season of the series on YouTube

Queens of Mystery Season 3: Is it Happening?
As of April 2023, there has been no single update about the third season of Queens of Mystery. Moreover, Acorn TV has still not bestowed the green signal yet for another outing. It’s been over a year since we last saw the series on our screens. Also there could be a reason why no updates have been provided so far. It could be because they are busy filming and are keeping things completely under wraps. Chances are that the series might be gearing up to return sometime in 2023. Hopefully, we get an announcement soon in the coming days.
