What could be better news for fans of Black Clover than the announcement of the Black Clover film itself? Black Clover, One of the popular Japanese anime series aired its final 170th episode on 30th March. The revelation of the ‘final broadcast’ was released through a tweet on Black Clover’s official Twitter handle, which also featured a special teaser, comprising some earlier series pictures of Asta and Yami with some behind the scenes coming from creators at Studio Pierrot.
Just two days before the premiere of the series’ last episode, came confirmation about the production of the Black Clover anime movie. Check the special announcement below:
Generally, the creation and broadcast of an anime movie are completed within 9 to 12 months. Considering that, Black Clover is set to hit the Japanese theatres by late 2021 or early the following year i.e. 2022. Although no release dates have been announced in this regard, we are keeping our fingers crossed. Thus, it could be either December 2021 or most probably, early 2022, but the magic shall be unveiled soon.
Honestly, it's been so cool to see the love people have for Black Clover for the past few days.

However, there is no information on whether the Japanese series will come to a permanent close or not. Let’s hope there is a surprise element to that as well.

Black Clover has many fans around the world who absolutely adore this show and it’d be heartbreaking if the creators decided to continue this series as many are waiting to see the showdown between the Clover Kingdom and The Spade Kingdom, especially with the dark triad. But one can always read the manga if they want to know what’s going to happen. Aside from this, the directors of this anime series have not dropped a single hint of what story the movie will cover. For sure, the movie is going to be a CANON!!

Black Clover Movie: Rumors & Speculations
There are several rumors and very little news about the film Black Clover yet. Black Clover movie is likely to unfold in unique ways. One assumption is that a fresh story may come up in the world of series or mostly adapt the forthcoming arc of Spade Kingdom Raid arch. It is said to draw inspiration from Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, which garnered immense attention from the audience. If the latter takes place, it is predicted that the cast from the series will be seen in their past roles. According to a renowned news channel, the picture will be adapted till chapter 273. Isn’t that a great piece of news for the fans?
Black Clover: What is it about?
Black Clover’s series has successfully ended with four seasons on March 30, 2021. The anime series began in 2017 and has won a million hearts across the globe. It revolves around the story of two orphans, Asta and Yuno who seek to become the Wizard King. While both of them put their best foot forward to reach their ultimate goal, Asta has an extraordinary problem- he does not possess any magical powers. On the other hand, Yuno is brilliant with his supernatural abilities. Each of them has to carve a path that leads them to their goal.
Release Date for the Black Clover Movie
The much anticipated Black Clover Movie is set to be released on March 13, 2023. V
Though the renewal of the show has been officially confirmed by the makers, they haven’t yet declared the release date. However, the filming of the show began on the 2nd of November – and it is set to be wrapped up by the 4th of March. Having said that, we can expect movie to be released in the middle of this year.
