The Letter For The King is a New Zealand and the Czech Republic production Coming-of-age fantasy, drama, adventure TV series. Released on Netflix on March 20, 2021, the series encompasses a total of six episodes.
It is based on a classic 1962 Dutch novel, De brief Voor de Koning written by Tonke Dragt. The storyline follows a young and desiring knight named Tiuri. He has been given a secret task to carry a letter to the king across the mountains.
The Letter For The King is produced by Chris Clark along with Will Davies and Paul Trijbits. Whereas, it is written and directed by Will Davies and Alex Holmes, Felix Thompson respectively. Furthermore, the production company is FilmWave.
The Letter For The King Season 2: When Is It Releasing?
So far, there has not been any official announcement regarding the release of The Letter For The King, it remains a mystery.
However, adding hope to its release, Thaddea Graham, a star cast of the series who played Luna, in an interview with Digital Spy revealed something extraordinary about its arrival.
He stated, “We haven’t heard a yes or a no. I suppose that’s good, that it’s not been an outright no, and I think all of us would go back, I mean, who doesn’t want to go back, and ride horses, and play with swords?”
Furthermore, she added that she thinks there’s “a lot to explore” with the show’s plot, so hopefully, we hear some news regarding the show’s fate soon.
