Devastating tornadoes hit Tennessee last month claiming lives and causing massive destruction along the way. The tornadoes approached the place around mid December and consequently resulted in the power getting cut- off. With people encountering deep perils, 6 fell victim to the tornadoes and passed away while many were injured. Among the incidents which unfolded during the tornadoes’ arrivals was an explosion of a Nashville Electric Service power equipment which resulted in a massive fireball emission into the sky.
The news on the explosion reached the world through the videos which were recorded by the people trapped in the natural disaster. It appears that the cause of the explosion was a tornado’s direct contact with the equipment. In the aftermath of the tornadoes, many were reportedly left in need of immediate care with rescue missions being carried out up to this date. Among the rescue cases was one surrounding a 4- month old who was miraculously found alive despite being taken away by a tornado. On the Saturday that the tornadoes’ attacked the place, a couple lost their home and barely managed to make it out alive. Sydney Moore and Aramis Youngblood were attempting to get away from the tornado which approached them with the 4 month old child when the house tore apart and Lord, as the child is named, was swept off by the natural disaster. Miraculously, the child was found 10 minutes later in a fallen tree held safe. There were also reports of pets wandering lost after their homes were destroyed. But Tennessee stays strong following the disaster with many in the community offering help and stepping up for rescue missions. Though many are left homeless, Tennessee continues to brave the effects of the tornadoes with teams focusing on extending maximum care and support to the victims.
