Rachael Leigh Cook will play the role of a grumpy mall manager named Joanna. She is a hardworking woman who lives on with her job and the mall’s lack of Christmas spirit. She deliberately takes up a lot of work to avoid the holidays and later finds a new hobby to spend Christmas.

Also, Nick is very much dedicated to his work and decided to assist Joanna in bringing Christmas to the mall.
They must work together to bring Christmas to the mall to keep the holiday spirit alive in their small village. Along the way, they had to face more challenges. However, one thing that went well with time was that they started developing a deep bond.
