Lord Marksman and Vanadis is filled with standard battle scenes, generic tropes, and pretty much pushing the Harem agenda. It’s a good series but not really a great one. If you’re a fan of the “Harem” thing wherein the male lead has no clue about anything and thinks that all the females around him are in love with him, then you will enjoy this one. The animation quality of the series is good and the characters are all likable.

The anime series did poorly in terms of ratings and viewerships and moreover, the makers could have produced a second season if they wanted to since it has enough source materials to continue the anime beyond season two. The Light Novel has 18 volumes in total while the manga series has 10 volumes. The fact that it’s been nearly seven years since the anime came out and no update till now only indicates that Lord Marksman and Vanadis will most likely not be back for a second outing.
