Alba is a Spanish drama television series adapted from the popular Turkish series called “Fatmagül’ün Suçu Ne?” also known as Fatmagül in Spanish. The series is being produced by Atresmedia and Boomerang TV, which was launched on Atresplayer Premium on March 28, 2021.
The scripting team consists of Irma Correa, Susana López, Javier Holgado, Carlos Vila, Ignasi Rubio and Carlos Martín in the direction of Pablo Guerrero, Carlota Martínez-Pereda, and Humberto Miró. Shooting for the series commenced back in June 2020.

She explained: “As an actress, I had to play this victim who tells her story over and over again without being believed.
“It was difficult and I was trying to feel what she might feel in that kind of situation.
“I believe that it is a series necessary to show once again that this kind of act exists.”
Also disclosing the explicit rape scene in the show, she asserted she struggled to keep herself as calm and composed as possible.
She described how that particular scene had a huge effect on her even after filming was done.
Rivera expanded: “Afterwards, I felt anxious, I felt nauseous at the idea that although we only did one performance, when it was something that happens in real life.
“I was a little shocked and shaken by the days that followed.”
Will There Be a Season 2 of Alba?
