Wrong side of the Tracks season 1 recap!
Wrong side of the Tracks is a mysterious, engaging and extremely witty TV show. The series comprises a suspenseful storyline that moves further at about the right pace – neither does it rush too fast nor does it lag behind. And so, the show was much loved and appreciated by the audiences and critics alike.
The story talks about a teenage girl. She mistakenly falls into the hands of criminals – drug dealers and war veterans. Her grandfather tries and pulls her out of the situation. The first season begins with the war veteran Tirso. He runs a hardware shop at Entrevias. Tirso figures out that the neighborhood that they live in is ruled by drug dealers. And to make matters even worse, he finds out that his own granddaughter Irene has fallen into the traps.
Irene is an adopted granddaughter of a family named Abantos. The family is filthy rich but Irene never felt like she belonged there. She always felt lonely and left out. Later, she falls in love with a guy named Nelson. Nelson gets drugs from Sandro, who’s the drug head. He makes money from that and elopes with Irene. However, when the cops follow him, he gives it to Irene. Later in the series things get messed up when Tirso comes to know about everything.
Fast forward to the last episode, Tirso suspects that Sandro has kept his drug supply at the nightclub La Rosa. He asks Gladys to get entry to the club. Tirso with the help of Nelson, Pepe, and Sanchis burns Sandro’s drug club. Thus, putting an end to the evil drug King Sandro.
