Speaking of the news, it all started when the FIFA president Mr. Gianni Infantino reached out to the Israel authorities regarding the host of 2030. The meeting took place on 21st October 2021, Thursday.
Soon after the meeting, a tweet on the handle of the Prime Minister of Israel was made regarding the meeting. The tweet had a lovely welcoming message along with the concept of being able to share the ideas regarding the football scenario. The last statement of the tweet was, ‘That’s a goal we can all work towards’. Another piece of information also states that a huge number of Palestinians have slammed the Israel visit of Mr. Gianni Infantino. The slamming was majorly done for the visit to a historical museum which is a Muslim cemetery in Jerusalem.
Coming back to the announcement of host selection, several countries have been confirmed and some are yet to be confirmed. Israel has decided to host it with its neighbours while others have decided their suitable countries accordingly.
