The wars of the beast, battle mode on! The highly anticipated Transformers 7 is currently in production and has been officially titled Transformers: Rise of the Beast. The Transformers franchise has released 6 films over the years and each film has never failed to wow the audience with its incredible CGI works and jaw-dropping action-packed deliverance.
The previous five films of the Transformers franchise, titled ‘Transformers’ (2007), ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’ (2009), ‘Transformers: Dark of the Moon’ (2011), ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014), and ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ (2017) were all helmed by the then director, Michael Bay. The Transformers have a huge fan base and although the previous movies received mixed reviews, its sixth sequel managed to earn a whopping amount of $4.8 billion. Talk about a jackpot! Transformers 7: Rise of the Beasts was originally published set to premiere on June 24, 2022, but has now been pushed back to June 9, 2023.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Cast
Anthony Ramos will play as Noah, an ex-serviceman and an electronic specialist who resides with his family in Brooklyn.
Ron Perlman, will lend his voice as Optimus Primal who can also transform into a gorilla, joining him is Peter Cullen as the voice behind the Autobots leader Optimus Prime.
Dominique Fishback as Elena, an artefact researcher and lastly, Lauren Vélez will play as Noah’s mother.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Plot
Transformers: Rise of the Beast will vastly expand the planet of the Transformers and incorporate characters from the Beast Wars storyline. It will introduce us to the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the prevailing battle between Autobots and Decepticons.
Unlike Autobots who conceal themselves as automobiles and a variety of vehicles, Maximals, the new good guys will take on all sorts of fauna, be it mammals, birds, or fish. Caple Jr. has given us more hints as he said: “In our film, they’re these prehistoric animals that travel through time and space, and we find them here on Earth.”
“Predacons are their natural enemy, who can transform themselves into reptiles, amphibians, or invertebrates which leaves the Terrorconso making their entry as the “new threat to this universe,” Caple Jr. added. “When the Terrorcons enter the film, when they disrupt our movie, you’re gonna feel it.” with Scourge is their leader, the Autobots and Maximals will join forces to stop them.
